Since we implemented Quickclaim 3 years ago, I have found it to be a very efficient tool for managing workcover claims. I have found the system to be a great improvement on our previous methods of managing claims. Quickclaim allows me to store information and files on claims that means I can easily recall information and documents when required, regardless of how far back I need to go.
In addition to this it is also a highly efficient tool for maintaining our injury register. I also find Quickclaim makes advising our payroll department of injured workers weekly entitlements a seamless process with the weekly payment function. I have found the Quickclaim helpdesk to always be prompt in responding to any issues I may have and quick to offer me assistance when required, I use Quickclaim every day in my role and without it the process of managing claims would overall be a far less efficient and productive process.
